About Puig

It has 10 perfume and cosmetic plants, eight in Europe and two in Mexico. It produces more than 331 millions units per year. In addittion, the group has thre fashion creation centers and its own Puig Research Center, in perfumery, cosmetics and toilettries and packaging and has established agreements for high-end perfumery and fashion products with Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci, Rabanne and Payot.

Its internationalization begins in 1959, with a company created in USA. In 1968, he reached an agreement with Paco Rabanne, and in 1976 Puig built the perfumery factory in Chartres, near París. In the mid 1980s, in New York, agreements were signed with Carolina Herrera for the creation and exploitation of all this fragrances and, at the end of the decade, it was dediced to rethink the international strategy, with growth based on acquisitions.

Currently, its products are distributed in more than 150 countries through a network of 40 commercial subsidiaries located in 24 countries.
